Had some questions after installing and customer service was refreshingly attentive. Bought my panels here also and they run excellent. Good folks with quality products at fair prices. . . an unfortunately rare business model these days.

Been using the inverter for a couple weeks now. Running great. Seems much more efficient than model it replaced. Getting more power in very low sun days is old inverter, with the same exact solar array. So far so good

Service was great, only disappointment was the confusion over the brand, since I had some compatibility issues that I had to sort out. I would recommend listing it for future customers as "Midnite Power", since the companies are entirely separate.

Only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that the battery is incorrectly listed as "Midnite Solar" brand. In fact, it is produced by Midnite Power, a separate company. That slightly complicated my tech support, but it's still a great battery at a very competitive price. Would recommend.

Nana is a stand up gentleman. I was apprehensive not knowing what I was getting into as I'm new to solar power and just learning. He helped me to have faith Solamp and highly recommend the company. I've referred it to my brother who is interested and will be looking into it.

This is a base review, pending where my initial interaction leads. I love the apparent configurability. If it all pans out this will easily become a 5. AHJ's want UL listings and boxes are hard to find, especially if feeding strings through, not combining. We want a box with disconnect/isolators, finger-safe fuses, and SPD's - are these so uncommon?

My "off the grid" solar system wasn't working and I could not find any solar company to assist me and I called everyone within a three hour radius. Since I was off the grid they said they all said they would only assist me if I replaced the entire system (and wiring) with their company (estimates about $60k). Finally I heard from a northern VT solar expert that suggested I call Solamp to see if they could assist. Solamp provided top notch customer service and walked me through possible issues. Once we were able to diagnose the issue they provided multiple great options for me to move forward with. After running on a generator last summer as a result of my broken solar, I couldn't be more grateful to Solamp to helping get it back running better than when I initially installed the system! I will used this company again any time I have a question or need support. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a solar system or looking to switch over to solar and instal a new system.

I had previously purchased a ground mount kit for 4" poles. I subsequently ordered 2 additional 4" pole caps from the same sales rep. I was sent two 2" pole caps. He should have recognized his error. After receiving the incorrect pole caps I had to re-order the correct 4" pole caps and Solamp would not take back the 2" pole caps, so I had to eat the cost of 2" pole caps that are of no use to me. Not good customer service!!

What's to say?, Fits, switches off and on , hasn't tripped. Seems to be doing it's job

Way too many errors and iterations getting a design with PE stamp done that still needs corrections per my building Inpector.

It is difficult to find products on the website.

If you have a non-functional KiloVault HAB then you will absolutely love Solamp replacement parts. If will bring you dead HAB back to life. Replacing the main system board does that since time but if you are will to take it slow you can bring your dead back to life. I recommend Solamp replacement boards. As a matter of fact I will be buying a spare.

Have not hooked up my Hyundai dual max panels yet but like the product and reviews that I've seen on them. Love the price from Solamp in Box borough Massachusetts. The knowledge and the help from Nana, salesperson was excellent with setting up my off-grid system also the boys in the shop at the facility were excellent as well. Heavy duty stainless and rubber gasket. Just what I needed.

Purchased AIO, 35 bi-facial 370w panels, suppression, trim from Solamp. io October 2024. Wired into AIO is inverter-generator, 10kW AC coupled SE inverter, heat pump water heater on 30A Smart load. Using AIO as service after knife service switch with ground to neutral bond. 100A main load panel serves new heat pump central HVAC and all other loads. Total PV = 24kW DC. Fully loaded system has ran good. Excellent support from Rick at Midnite ironing out glitches and installing new firmware about a week ago. One NOTE: power up the various features slowly and let them run for at least 15 minutes before switching on or off other features. The AC coupling and grid especially; it is as the system has to learn what you are doing to maintain proper constant voltage; I've had 2 spikes since firmware update (unknown if related) which took out 1 leg, the other leg blew 3 suppressors, a 20A 120VAC GFCI panel breaker, and all the compact fluorescent and LED lamps on that leg. Put system into standby then restarted, system came back normal. Second spike was one day ago, caught on my auxiliary metering and panel meter: 174VAC on Leg 1, 159VAC on Leg 2; no damage, again went to standby and system restarted normal. Frequency has not been a problem. Under low load conditions my system has a reactive power issue at the grid - using less than 800w at 26-34 amperes at 240VAC, still working on solving that.

I opened the box to my battery and it is four years old. I guess that's what you call new/old stock but sold to me as brand new. I would like some of my money back or I can return for a refund!

This is my first ever lithium AA battery and I love it. I hate having to toss away (and keep buying) AA batteries and have been using rechargeable for years. The problem with the older ones before lithium is that they were only 1. 2v. Normal batteries are 1. 5v, so the rechargeable never seemed like they would last long enough and in some cases just now work. These are 1. 5v with a flat discharge curve, so they last longer and power everything I've tried. The included charger is really cool and different and I like the look of these batteries.

The SRNE has been unexpectedly solid in terms of performance for my home. It has taken all of the surges my appliances have thrown at it. I sometimes use it as backup power with lithium batteries but often now run my home on pure solar when it is abundant.

The Touch Safe Fuse holders pairs well with the Midnite Solar PV combiner box. The fuse holders fit fairly well, but do disengage from the box quite easily (hence the 4-star). The screw lugs hold the copper wires (#8 AWG) securely.

Chris Brown, president of Solampio.com is extraordinarily knowledgeable. He helped me select the right products for combining PV strings and provide fused and EMP/lightning protection.

The MidNite PV combiner has a good combination of 1/2" knockouts on the top, bottom and sides, as well as a centrally-located 3/4" - 1" knockout on the bottom panel. For my installation inside our solar barn, out of the weather, I installed the combiner upside down in order to directly connect the 1" EMT from above. The box had plenty of room for service loops from both PV strings as well as the combined DC run out to the inverter. Pairs well with the Midnite Solar lightning arrestor and 10mm x 38mm fuse holders.
