All orders ship Ex Works Origin and title and risk of loss passes from buyer to seller the moment that the item is given to the shipping carrier. The Company will provide reasonable assistance for lost or damaged items but the responsibility for damage and loss claims will be borne by the buyer. The Company may choose to assist the customer with a freight claim but this assistance in no way commits The Company to replace or refund the order. The buyer is advised to purchase appropriate insurance to protect against loss.
