Renon Battery Accessories

The communication cables require special pinouts and are not the same as ethernet cable, however they are made using the same wire and connector.  If you are having problems with communication between your inverter and battery, it may be becasue you don't have the right communication cable. 

Sol-ark and Flex communication cables are on hand. For other inverters, or custom lengthens, the cables are made to order. Use the "special requests" box when ordering to specify any custom legnth requests (3' is the default) and let us know which inverter you're using. 

If you have the right communication cable, but just need it longer, use an extention cable. 3' is standard but if you have a specific legth needed let us know and we'll try to accomidate that request. 

Lenths much greater then 3' may have additonal fee. 

For battery to inverter cable, use 3/0 or 4/0 depending on your system design. You will want one red and one black cable, with 3/8th M10 lugs on either end. We can custom make whatever size you need, but have shown a sample 10' 3/0 cable set. 

In some cases the conduit being used to connect the batttery to inverter is larger then the conduit box provided on the xtreme battery. Good news! We have the XL conduit box for the xTreme battery in stock and ready to ship. 

Color of communication cable may vary and what is shown is just an example. If you have a specfic color in mind, let us know and we'll try to accomindate that request.
